ADYES Workshops
Our programs consist of 16 intensive -weeks of Youth Engagement Workshops program with comprehensive activities starting from May St to August 31st, 2023 comprised of (4 month) art workshop series and African Descent Youth Summit where youth will create new performances and visual artwork, facilitated by prominent professional BC artists; culminating in a public showcase and youth community-building (2-day) Summit; followed by a final showcase at the (2-day) African Descent Festival event and the program will end on the end of August but some of Youth Engagement Programs continue till December with Kwanza full week events activities.
The project will target children and youth from age 8, 12 to 24 years of age below are some of Youth Engagement Program Workshops:
